Upon arrival allocated High Floor Apartment in quiet area as requested so thanks for that. Just returned from 10 day Holiday (11 in the end thanks to Calima). There almost always is some kid screaming or throwing food in the restaurant, but the cleaners are so good about it (special mention to Vanessa who was so cheerful and always said Hola to our messy kids at breakfast) If this isn't your scene, try somewhere else. I would say 70% of the clientele are families with young children. We got a b&s for €2!! Don't bother bringing them, buy some and take home- its all reasonable. This is the place for you if you want variety, there are 5 pools, ranging from quiet to mad with children and tipping buckets, the beach is a sandy cove with shops on the street selling bucket/spade/other beach gear. The baby club is payable but it isn't exorbitant, so we had some time to ourselves to explore the area. There was a good variety of toys and puzzles and they got taken outside too so they got their energy out. The ladies were all fabulous and very personable with our boys. We had a gratis meal at the Taverna as well but we didn't use it as we preferred the buffet wit 2 small kids. There was a Chinese evening, and an Italian evening. They try to showcase Canarian cuisine as well with things like mojo sauces. All the food is always beautifully presented and they never ran out of any trays, in fact I saw the cooks replenishing half full trays more than once. Live cooking of meat and seafood at lunch and dinner time. Well I want to know what they eat at home?! The variety is huge. Some people have said that they get bored of the 2 restaurants after a few days. Kitchenette fully equipped, but who needs it with all inclusive? Outside, sun loungers and table with chairs which we used a lot to take in the sun (south facing!) ![]() Inside, very clean and modern with 2 full length sofas. Our booking said limited sea view - well this was full on uninterrupted sea view. We had C28, which was literally 20 seconds to the beach, 20 seconds to the supermarket, 20 seconds to coffee shops and restaurants. We all agreed that it was a winner on all fronts. It was our first time doing all inclusive, holidaying in the Canaries, and with TUI. We have just had 4 nights at this resort in Lanzarote, in January, with a 3 year old and 9month old baby. We had a lovely relaxing stay and have booked to return in December (if covid allows). There were no entertainments while we were there, but lots of staff arrived when we were leaving so maybe that will start soon. We would have appreciated a proactive check of whether we needed anything midweek (more loo rolls and a broom to sweep ourselves would have been handy!) But it was easy to catch the cleaning staff to grab some. There is no cleaning service, but we were provided with lots of towels so it was not necessary to have fresh ones midweek. The room was comfortable and well equipped. No restaurants or shops are open in resort, but there are some nice restaurants just outside on the sea front and more 10m walk away by the ferry port, as well as a supermarket. The hotel location is excellent, right on a fantastic white sand beach, which has sea walls so is very calm, and the water is warm (warmer than the pool!) There are a few rock pools to explore too. ![]() Hand gel was available throughout the resort. They were not required in the pool or on a sunlounger. Masks are mandatory in all public spaces and this was enforced. The resort was very quiet, we usually only shared the pool with one other family. The pool was fairly chilly, but this is not unusual in my experience of the Canaries in October, I always bring wetsuits for the kids at this time of year! One adult pool and one children's pool were open, with a lifeguard present. They hotel were very responsive to our questions pre arrival, and provided a cot for us. We booked through and it was made clear that the facilities were limited due to covid.
